A 19-year-old man has been arrested after an allegedly stolen car was involved in an early morning crash in West Belfast.
olice said they received a message just before 2.05 am on Saturday that a Vauxhall Astra car had been stolen from outside a house on Great Northern Street in the city.
Shortly afterwards, the Vauxhall became involved in a Peugeot car accident at the intersection of Andersonstown Road and Finaghy Road.
The crash was reported to the Northern Ireland Ambulance by the PSNI and three emergency crews were dispatched to the scene.
The occupants of both vehicles were taken to the hospital to treat injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
The footage from the scene shows two seriously damaged cars, with one vehicle appearing to have been plowed through a metal railing.
A 19-year-old man has since been arrested on suspicion of a number of criminal offenses, including aggravated taking and driving off, causing injury.
