Ukraine’s acclaimed ‘hacktivist’ army halted cyber offensives against Russia just weeks after the war started, ultimately achieving very little, a new analysis shows.

Anh Vu at the University of Cambridge and colleagues analyzed the number of cyber attacks against Russian and Ukrainian targets in the first six months of 2022 to examine the evolution of the cyber war between the two nations.
