ictoria Price, a reporter for WFLA in Tampa, Florida, followed the advice and was diagnosed with cancer.
Ms. Price tweeted that she will have surgery on Monday to remove the tumor, her thyroid gland, and a few lymph nodes.
The past 48 hours have been overwhelming, but pouring out love and support has been beyond my wildest dreams. To all my new friends, thank you for joining me on my journey!

Ms. Price, 28, investigative journalist, said this week that her television station’s slogan is “8 On Your Side.”
