Former model Elin Nordegren, who was married to professional golfer Tiger Woods in the 2000s, takes a new turn in the sale of her Florida mansion. After asking $ 49.5 million for the palatial estate last year, she has offered it for sale again for $ 44.5 million, records show.

The oceanfront estate extends over 1.4 hectares in North Palm Beach and focuses on a giant house of more than 25,000 square feet. In addition to airy living spaces and high-quality facilities, it has 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms.

The three-storey floor plan offers a variety of styles. At the highest level, common areas such as the living room and the double island kitchen keep things quiet with hardwood floors and neutral tones. Through pocket doors they expand into covered lounges and dining areas with ocean views.

Other areas add more glamor, such as the cinema with a wet bar and a foyer with a spiral staircase that runs around a floor to ceiling chandelier. Other highlights include a wine cellar and a fitness room with mirrored walls.

Decks and balconies hang on both sides of the house, and a lounge on the roof is above everything else. Outside, a covered kitchen and cabana populate a palm-covered patio with an adapted swimming pool and spa. A flat grassy field stretches out to the ocean on the edge of the terrain.

Nordegren, born in Sweden, met Woods in 2001 and married him three years later. After the divorce of the couple in 2010, she received a settlement of $ 100 million.

She bought the property through a trust in 2011 for $ 12.25 million, according to public records.

Todd Peter and Cris Condon from Sotheby & # 39; s International Realty keep the list.
