While many on-the-go drinks are often filled with high amounts of sugar, an Australian fitness coach has revealed her ‘go-to’ coffee order that contains just 85 calories.
On an Instagram reelBrisbane, Bec Hardgrave, modified her order of Zarraffa’s Coffee to create a caramel fusion.
The 25-year-old revealed she ordered a grande iced long black with almond milk, a shot of sugar-free caramel syrup and a dollop of whipped cream.

In the clip, Bec highly recommended the “super tasty” drink to her 67,000 Instagram followers.
The custom drink would be perfect for those who like to drink coffee but want to lose weight or maintain their weight.
Zarraffa’s Coffee is a specialty coffee company founded on the Gold Coast, but can also be found in New South Wales and Western Australia.
Earlier this month, the popular fitness coach modified her McDonald’s order to make her own “low-calorie” Caramilk iced coffee just days after fans were disappointed with the new McFlurry flavor.
Earlier this month at the McDonald’s drive-thru, Bec took her regular order to the next level after purchasing an iced long black with a drizzle of almond milk topped with whipped cream and ordering the Caramilk McFlurry toppings on the side.
‘Did you know that you can order the Caramilk McFlurry toppings separately? I did and I put them in my favorite coffee,” she said in her TikTok video.
‘I even added some whipped cream and then the chocolate flakes on top. The whole thing was under 150 calories – and so delicious. You should definitely try this.’

The video shows her pouring the caramel sauce over her iced coffee before sprinkling the caramel flakes over it.
Many were amazed at her Caramilk coffee ‘hack’, with one saying, ‘I had this tonight and it was absolutely the best drink. My new favorite.’
While others said they couldn’t wait to try it.
“I’m definitely doing this,” one wrote, while another added, “Looks good.”
Her ordering tip comes just days after McDonald’s came under fire for the ‘disappointing’ Caramilk McFlurry, which has been added to menus in all restaurants across Australia.
Dozens of customers were very concerned about the ‘tasteless’ ice cream, with many claiming they were only getting a regular soft serve ice cream with shaved caramel on top.
