Television host, author and fashion stylist Jules Sebastian has revealed how she makes her favorite chicken salad.
The 40-year-old mother of two also cheekily thanked TikTok for her endless mouthwatering recipes for her family.
Jules, who has 272,000 followers on Instagram, is known for sharing her step-by-step recipes — she made the chicken salad over the winter, but only just shared the video.
“Excuse the turtleneck, but I made this Thai chicken salad in May and waited for a beautiful sunny day to share it,” she captioned the video.
Jules starts making the sauce, which she describes as “delicious.”
To make the sauce she combines kewpie mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice wine vinegar, coconut aminos, lime zest and garlic powder in a bowl.
Once this is combined, Jules sets it aside to start preparing the cucumber zucchini.
She squeezes the cucumber through a spiralizer before pressing it into paper towels to get rid of as much moisture as possible before transferring to a bowl.

The dressing is made by combining kewpie mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice wine vinegar, coconut aminos, lime zest and garlic powder in a bowl
She then added shredded chicken before pouring the sauce over it.
Once this was all mixed together, Jules added some cilantro, scallions, bell peppers, peanuts and chili on top.
And again Jules’ choice of recipe proved to be a hit with her fans.
‘How good does this look? It makes me hungry,’ said one woman.
While another tagged her friend and said it looked perfect for lunch.
How can I make Jules’ salad?
For the sauce:
1/2 cup Kewpie Mayo
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup sriracha
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp coconut aminos
Zest of 1/2 lime
Sprinkle garlic powder
A spiral cucumber
(To serve on top)
Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Spiralize your cucumber to make the zoodles and squeeze out the excess with paper towels.
Shred your chicken and put in a bowl with your zoodles.
Add your sauce and mix well.
Garnish with your choice of peanuts, spring onions, bell pepper, chili and coriander.

The key to this recipe is the sauce, according to Jules, and others seemed to have seen the recipe somewhere before.
“Oh look, it’s THAT sauce,” one woman said, tagging friends.
Others stated that they would make the healthy salad for their kids for school.
