Business is booming.

Strictly's Saffron Barker credits routine with AJ Pritchard with helping her to sleep since burglary

She revealed last week that her childhood home had been looted by thieves while she was asleep almost two weeks ago.

And Strictly’s Saffron Barker has credited the grueling demands of her 12-hour dance rehearsals with AJ Pritchard for helping her sleep after the break-in.

The 19-year-old Vlogger was petrified by the 3am raid on her home in Brighton two weeks ago, but revealed that her training schedule was exhausted enough to go to bed.

“It was terrible, but thanks to Strict I made it through,” she said The sun.

“I slept well because I’m so busy and exhausted after dancing all day. All I want is to go to bed.

“Of course it was scary, but I never thought about getting out of the competition. This is my dream. I wouldn’t let anything stop me on this show.”

Saffron later revealed in a Vlog that in addition to her family’s three cars, handbags and shoes had been removed from the property.

Her brother Jed was even awakened at 3 am by one of the thieves.

But the star said the most important thing was that her family was safe and she declined to blame her frequent YouTube videos for identifying where she lived.

Saffron said there had been “many” break-ins near where she lives and the family has since increased security.

The internet personality initially recorded a video about the incident and posted it the same morning the family woke up to realize what had happened.

Saffron wasted no time after the Barkers made statements to the police and told what had happened directly on YouTube.

Still, she took down the Vlog, considering it unwise given the freshness of the situation.

Instead, she chose to update her followers on Sunday, ahead of her appearance at the European premiere of Frozen 2 in London, revealing that the incident happened last week and that “so many people were concerned and concerned” and that she wanted to reassure her followers.

Stressed out? The teen took to her Vlog last week to tell her fans all about the ordeal, and managed to put a positive spin on it, despite admitting it was “terrible and terrifying.”

She said, “Thank you so much, we’re all right. It was a stressful morning. Dad woke up, went out to work and realized all our cars were gone.

“Our house has been broken into and we’re still so upset, but we’re all safe and that’s what’s important.

‘In addition to the cars, things have also been stolen inside. Only handbags and shoes – so everything can be replaced. But it’s terrible to know that someone has come into your house while you are sleeping.’

The internet star revealed that their home has been alarmed, but they didn’t set it up that night for inexplicable reasons.

“We’ll never turn off our alarms again!” she insisted.

She revealed that she spoke to the police all morning after that and they were able to determine what time it happened at night.

“Jed saw someone in his room at 3AM and thought it was us, even though he saw flashing lights outside. I’d be terrified, knowing there’s someone in your room is really scary.”

She revealed that there had been a slew of break-ins in the area that week and that her home was one of several targets of the reported crime gang.

Saffron — whose week went from bad to worse last weekend when she and AJ were in the dance-off on Strictly, but just got through to next week — signed the report saying “life goes on.”

A Saffron representative confirmed to MailOnline at the time: ‘Unfortunately, Saffron’s parental home was broken into last week.
