Relationships are only official if you post a photo on Instagram together. Or at least that seems to be the rule nowadays. And on Sunday, Simone Biles became an “Instagram official” with her friend, Texas Texan safety Jonathan Owens.

The 23-year-old gymnast of the world champion shared two photos of himself with Owens along with the caption, “It’s just us.”

Biles started dating Owens after breaking up with fellow gymnast Stacey Ervin Jr. in July.

HIIT ensures that the body uses an incredible amount of energy and oxygen in a short time, and ensures that the body continues to burn calories for a longer period after training. The high caloric burn and afterburn help you lose weight and lose fat to create a tight / strong / sexy core, as long as you don’t eat badly after your workout. Owens is a non-deployed free agent from the western state of Missouri. He was on the Texan practice squad in 2019 before signing with the team again in January.
