Flanked by cardboard cutouts, the Athletics pitcher was in the stands on Monday-evening and picked up the Mariners’ A’s 11-1. With new protocols, all players not in the game have to sit in the stands to keep social distance – and that has typically led supportive teammates to get creative.

Well, Manaea was clearly thinking ahead and broke out the Crayola box of 64 colored pencils to set up a few plates to support his teammates.
