A revolutionary dental cleaning product uses a small chewable tablet to freshen breath and whiten your smile without the need for toothpaste, preventing millions of plastic containers from ending up in landfills every year.
Vital+ packs its unique ‘toothpaste tabs’ in glass bottles sealed with aluminum lids—without the need to throw out a plastic container after you’re done—leaving parabens and sulfates from the all-natural ingredient list.

Conceptually, the idea intrigued me. The reality could have been very disappointing. But it was fun because it just works. The choice of products, the glass jars for reuse, the refills that are available… all in all a well thought-out company that delivers in all areas’, a satisfied customer wrote on the Vital+ website.
‘Very easy to use. Doesn’t foam up as much as the traditional toothpaste I liked. The taste was really subtle. Best of all, my teeth felt so clean and looked so shiny,” said another.
A third added: ‘Such a great alternative to regular toothpaste. I love them’.
To activate the dissolvable tablets, the user simply needs to put one in their mouth, chew for a few seconds and then brush their teeth as usual.
Although they are safe to swallow, it is recommended that the toothbrush spit out any remaining product before rinsing out their mouths with water.

“As our product is a small chewable tablet, we do not recommend it for children under the age of three as it poses a choking hazard,” the website reads.
“For children under three, grind the toothpaste tablets into a powder and dip the wet toothbrush bristles in the powder, then brush.”
Nano-Hydroxyapatite, a non-toxic alternative to fluoride, erythritol, which helps prevent bacteria from building up in the mouth, and calcium carbonate – an abrasive chemical used to polish and whiten teeth – are all listed as the main ingredients in the tabs.
