Realme Q3, Q3i and Q3 Pro: 5G and high refresh rates starting at 130 euros

If you blink, you can miss a new launch on the mobile market, and it will surely be Realme or Xiaomi. Yesterday the first ones debuted the Realme 8 5G and today its mid-range with such connectivity expands with the new Realme Q3, Q3i and Q3 Pro,which offer different options for those looking not to spend too much without giving up the latest in networks.

On the outside they are not very different from each other, in fact we see that they have taken the design of the Realme 8 as the one we mentioned and at first it would cost to differentiate them. But inside we see that they offer different processors and the option of AMOLED and on-screen reader in the case of the Pro.

Realme Q3

Realme Q3 01
The base model of the three new 5G mobiles features that domino chip-shaped module that we’ve been seeing in series 8, with a rear occupied by the “Dare to Leap” and a reflective band on one side. The finish is in brightness and has the color reflections game that the brand usually places on all its mobiles, it seems similar to what we saw in the Realme 8 Pro, but shining in the dark.

As for the screen, the camera peeks through a hole through a 6.5-inch IPS panel with Full HD+ resolution, highlighting that it reaches 120 Hz in refresh rate of 120 Hz. Being IPS, the fingerprint reader appears on the side (and has a jack of 3.5 millimeters).

The Realme Q3 is the only one of the three that includes Qualcomm processor, this being the Snapdragon 750G. It comes with 6 or 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage, with Bluetooth 5.1 and USB Type-C.

The battery is 5,000 mAh,which as we will see is more than the Pro presents (and draws with the Q3i as for the battery). In addition, it maintains the fast 30 watt charge that the Pro does, which as we will now also check is superior to the Q3i.

As for cameras, in that rear module incorporates a main sensor of 48 megapixels, with lens with f/1.8 aperture, a wide angle with sensor of 8 megapixels, with lens with f/2.3 aperture, and a macro camera, with sensor of 2 megapixels and lens with aperture f/2.4 (surprise). The front camera, on the other hand, integrates a 16-megapixel sensor.

Realme Q3i

In the case of the Realme Q3i we see that rear of the Q2, but in this case completely clear and unemployed from the “Dare to Leap”. It is a very close bet to the one we have seen with the Q3, but it is placed as a more basic proposal cutting in some respects.

The technical tie is in the cameras, connectivity, fingerprint reader on the side, battery (not charging) and storage, as well as diagonal and screen resolution. But in this case we see these features:

The processor is MediaTek’s Dimensity 700.
The display remains at 6.5 inches with FullHD+ resolution, but reaches up to 90 Hz.
The maximum RAM is 6 GB (with 4 GB option).
Fast charging is 18 watts.

As for the front, we see that also the subjective camera (which is the same as we have seen, with 16 megapixel sensor) also peeks through a hole. The fingerprint reader is also on one side and the 3.5-millimeter jack is retained.

Realme Q3 Pro

The Realme Q3 Pro lives up to its surname and is the top model of these three. Although it maintains the design lines, this time it becomes a kind of hybrid of the previous two and takes the simplicity of the Q3i with only the Q3 logo, dispensing with the band in brightness.

The Q3 Pro is also somewhat more compact and lightweight, which is surely achieved by battery trimming and very subtlely diagonally. Here we see a 6.43-inch AMOLED panel that reaches 120 Hz,also with FullHD+ resolution.
