A teenage girl has disappeared from northeastern Queensland and police are deeply concerned for her well-being due to a medical condition.

The 14-year-old was last seen around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday near Hudson Street in Kirwan, Townsville, calls on the public to provide information.

Her family is concerned for her well-being and safety due to her young age and a pre-existing medical condition that leaves her vulnerable.
