The Queen of Spain, 49, accompanied her husband, 53, to greet Sergio Mattarella, his wife, Marisa Chiazzese and his daughter, Laura Mattarella.

For the occasion, Letizia wore a long-sleeved, below-the-knee tweed dress in a muted mélange gray mixed with shades of pink and blue.
