“Fresh air is good air,” she said.

She also recommends vacuuming the floors every few days and cleaning the vacuum filter regularly.

“Don’t take the vacuum filter or you’ll push polluted air through the house every time it’s on,” she adds.

Kacie then suggests steam cleaning your carpets every six to 12 months and filling your home with living, breathing plants.

Previously, the clever cleaner went viral after revealing an industry secret to get sparkling, free windows.

In the clip, Kacie said professional cleaners never use supermarket glass cleaners like Windex to clean windows.

Instead, she wipes glass surfaces with a mixture of water-concentrated dish soap and wipes it down for a streak- and smudge-free result.

Thousands of people who saw the video on TikTok were quick to praise the technique.

‘Professional cleaning done in the past, I can confirm that. Nothing better for cleaning windows one,” wrote one user.

‘Thank you, I always thought it was me who misused the Windex,’ replied another.
