PLAYER RATINGS: Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling, Jordan Henderson and Harry Maguire responded to critics with impressive displays as England rampaged against Albania.
England captain Harry Kane scored a hat-trick before half-time in a 5-0 thrashing of sad Albania at Wembley on Friday to guarantee his team’s place in the World Cup finals. next year in Qatar.
Two draws in their last three Group I matches for Gareth Southgate’s team had opened the door a bit to chase Poland into the qualifying race, but Kane slammed it shut in memorable fashion.

With Albania in disarray, Jordan Henderson fought his way to make it 3- 0 before Kane drove in his second from a tight angle and then completed his fourth hat-trick for England with an impressive overhead kick at the edge of the break.

Jordan Henderson – Placed Kane’s second on a plate and scored a fantastic goal. Is your career in England over? No possibility. 8
