Lucy Hale is always on the go.
After starting her day with a cup of coffee and a news session, “[my dog]”Elvis, and I usually go for walks,” said the 31-year-old actress exclusively in the new issue of Us weekly. “Being outdoors and in nature is one of my favorite things about living in Los Angeles.”
But walking the paths isn’t the only active thing she does one day. The Liars Alum also hits her Peloton treadmill, which “I love,” she admits. “It came in handy during quarantine.”
According to the A nice girl like you star, keeping in shape is something that has always been important to her.
“I am one of the weirdos in the world who really enjoy training, not from a physical perspective, more from a mental aspect,” said the singer Harper’s Bazaar Australia in 2018. “It’s a daily part of what I do.”
Much of Hale’s day is also devoted to works. That means doing press interviews via Zoom, which she says is not so bad. “Pressure from home means you only have to dress from the waist down,” Hale jokes.
And it’s only getting busier for the Tennessee resident. A few weeks after her last show, Katy Keene, was canceled after one season, it was announced that she will be starring and serving as an executive producer in front of Jesse Harrissurvival thriller, Borrego.
“I knew it from the moment I read Borrego that I had to be part of [Harris’] story of survival, “Hale said Instagram on the news before adding that she was “so excited” to start filming.
