Host Kaye Adams stepped in on the Loose Women debate discussing whether it’s best to roar the world about how you’re feeling or keep it in, host Kaye Adams said she’d “go into herself,” while Sunetra Sarker admitted she would share with her inner circle.

“In times like these you need friends to help and advise you,” said Sunetra. “I’ve had friends in the past who helped me not say things I didn’t mean when I wanted to lash out at someone who hurt me.”
