Newcastle’s hopes of signing Divock Origi on loan from Liverpool will be dashed by Jurgen Klopp.
The Reds have no intention of letting the forward leave during the January transfer window. according to the Northern Echo.
The Belgian hasn’t made a single start in the Premier League this season, with his two substitute league appearances totaling just 16 minutes.

But Klopp is ready to eliminate any chance of him moving to St James’ Park.
Origi is currently behind Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino and Takumi Minamino in the attacking pecking order at Anfield.
The Reds have no intention of letting the forward leave during the January transfer window.
But Salah and Mane will travel to Cameroon for the African Cup of Nations in late December, representing Egypt and Senegal respectively.
The tournament starts on January 9 and runs until February 6 and Origi is likely to show up while Salah and Mane are unavailable.
