A Los Angeles jury ordered controversial British Greek hologram entrepreneur Alki David to pay $ 50 million in damages on Monday after being liable for battery, sexual battery, and sexual harassment against a former employee.

Last week, the same jury awarded Mahim Khan, a former production assistant who worked at David's media companies, including FilmOn TV and Alki David Productions Inc., $ 8.25 million in damages.

Under the allegations in Khan's lawsuit, she said David, heir to a Coca-Cola bottling fortune (he ranked 58th in the Sunday Times list of the richest residents of the UK in 2019 with assets in the billions), is his basin area poked her face, simulated oral sex, moaned, unzipped his pants and walked away and said, "Thanks, MK"

The ruling is the third verdict this year against David, who has been accused by countless employees of countless inappropriate behaviors.

There are two more cases of sexual harassment pending.

A California jury in April ordered David to pay another employee, Chasity Jones, $ 11.1 million. She said he fired her after she refused to have sex with him. Jones later agreed to a $ 437,120 reduction in damages. Punitive compensation remained at $ 8 million. Last month, a judge ordered David to pay her attorney, Lisa Bloom, attorney fees for a total of $ 1.34 million.

Last month, a jury found favor to Lauren Reeves, a former comedy writer at Hologram USA, who awarded her $ 650,000 in damages and $ 4.35 million in punitive damages. In 2016, Reeves claimed that David put his hands down her throat and pushed her chair against a wall, banging her head, among other things. According to her suit, David told Reeves to buy supplies for his & # 39; rape room & # 39 ;.

In October a jury got stuck in the case of the former FilmOn account manager Elizabeth Taylor and the judge declared a ministry. A lawsuit that was initiated in 2016 was settled out of court.

David has contested the allegations of sexual misconduct and said, "I never touched one of these women."

David, who represented himself in the Taylor trial, remained warlike, challenging, and disruptive during his multiple trials at the Superior Court in Los Angeles County. He often burst into blasphemy outbursts, mocking his prosecutors and their lawyers, and giving him nearly $ 10,000 in sanctions; he was ejected from the court several times.

The judge in the Khan trial withdrew David's right to represent himself and led him to leave the courtroom.

In a statement following the $ 50 million compensation award from the Khan jury, David protested against his innocence while criticizing the decision, the judge, as well as Lisa Bloom, who represented two of his prosecutors, and Gloria Allred and her partner Nathan Goldberg, who represented Khan. "What is it like if I cannot offer any defense at all?" He said.
