Joe Wicks will resume his PE With Joe YouTube series starting Monday, January 11.

The fitness star, 34, who launched the initiative when the UK first shut down in March 2020, made the announcement on Twitter, as Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced a third shutdown.

PE with Joe is back on Monday, January 11th at 9am (UK time). Retweet and let as many parents and schools know as possible. The sessions will be live on YouTube on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am,” he posted.

He also shared a video of himself explaining why he is restoring the online classes aimed at keeping kids fit and healthy when schools are closed.

“Hello to all the parents and teachers out there. I’m bringing back PE With Joe.

“I’m sorry I can’t commit to all five days. I hope three days will help young children and family get through this difficult time when schools are closed, to bring some energy, change their mood, improve their mind and mental health. Just start their day with something positive.

On Monday, the Prime Minister announced that schools across England will remain closed as part of another national lockdown from the coronavirus.
