Jake Paul has promised to ‘completely embarrass’ the Fury family ahead of his showdown with Tommy Fury, as the American sent a warning message to his rival a month before they meet in the ring.
Paul, 24, takes on Fury, 22, on December 18 when the two boxing rookies resolve their rivalry in an eight-round contest in Tampa, Florida, where a fighter will lose his undefeated record.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer has won all four of his professional bouts, but faces his toughest test yet in Fury, younger brother of heavyweight champion Tyson, who is also undefeated and has genuine boxing experience.
Jake Paul has vowed to embarrass the Fury family when he takes on Tommy Fury next month.
Both fighters will meet in eight rounds and are currently preparing to step into the ring.
The Gypsy King joked that he would disown his younger brother if he suffered the defeat of ‘The Troubled Boy’ and Paul predicts that December 18 will serve as a ‘complete shame’ for the famous boxing clan.
He tweeted Thursday: ‘1 month to December 18 and a complete shame on the Fury family. Mark your calendars now to witness the history in Tampa. ‘
Paul is certainly confident in his abilities and is not intimidated in his pursuit of a boxing career, despite strong criticism from purists of the sport.
