India’s Covid Tally Lowest in 58 Days, Sees 1.2L New Cases

LIVE UPDATES ON CORONAVIRUS: In just 24 hours, India saw 1.20 lakh cases and 3,380 deaths, the lowest tally in 58 days. For the past nine days, the country has recorded fewer than two lakh instances. On Friday, the country saw 1,32,364 new coronavirus infections, with a recovery rate of 93 percent.
