A qualified health and fitness coach shared how to maintain a healthy KFC Twister that’s only 300 calories.

“The original version has 585 calories and this one is just as tasty,” said the fitness professional.

Brisbane blogger Bec Hardgrave, posted a recent TikTok sharing the way she makes her 300 calorie KFC Twister ‘fakeaway’ wrap with fresh and affordable ingredients

Bec starts by cooking two Ingham’s Super Crunch Tenders according to the instructions on the box, then makes her mayonnaise.

In a bowl she mixes Praise light Mayonnaise with a tablespoon of pepper and combines them with a spoon.

Then, in a separate bowl, she mixes fresh coleslaw and sweet chili sauce.

Bec heats up a sourdough wrap and makes her healthy Twister by spreading the sweet chili coleslaw mixture on the wrap and placing the chicken breast on top.

She sprinkles the homemade pepper mayonnaise over the tenderloin and folds the wrap, ready to enjoy.

The recipe was flooded with praise from foodies who couldn’t wait to try the idea for themselves.

What do you need to make a ‘KFC Twister Fakeaway’

It’s not the first time Bec has shared a healthy wrap recipe, as earlier this month, the blogger also revealed her breakfast wrap recipe.

The ‘low calorie, high protein’ breakfast wrap is just 100 calories and comes complete with bacon, scrambled eggs, and a hash brown.

She cut the wrap from one edge to the center, then stuffed each quarter with bacon, scrambled eggs, veggie sausage, and a hash brown. To serve, she simply folded each quarter of triangles onto itself until she had a layered wrap.

She said her breakfast wrap has a total of 473 calories, 33 grams of protein, 23 grams of fat and 23 grams of carbohydrates.

“I liked these new low-calorie sourdough wraps — they’re 100 calories each, they’re high in fiber, they have 9 grams of carbohydrates, and they have no added sugars,” said the 25-year-old.

‘I made it into a breakfast wrap with bacon, hash brown, vegetarian sausages and egg, it was that good. I ended up adding less than half a teaspoon of sugar-free BBQ sauce. You should definitely try this one out.’
