A popular home cook has revealed her 15-minute recipe for the perfect breakfast burrito, complete with potato gems and scrambled eggs.
Ayeh Far, who cooks with Ayeh Instagram and TikTok pages, dipped her finished burrito in avocado crema before eating it, inspiring her fans.
The viral video tutorial, which has been seen by more than 262,000 people, begins with the glamorous young woman from western Sydney eating her burrito.

Ayeh Far revealed her recipe for the ultimate breakfast burrito
She explained that the first step in making the burrito was to cook the potato gems until they are “nice and crisp.”
The next thing she does is scramble her eggs before putting the wrap together.
Ayeh puts down her tortilla, adds the potato pearls, sliced avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, eggs, cheese, and hot sauce before packing it tightly.
She then toasts the outside of her burrito before cutting it in half with a side of avocado crema.
Ayeh described the meal as “the perfect burrito” and it seemed her fans agreed.
“Yum, this looks amazing, I have to try it,” wrote one woman.
While some laughed at the name ‘potato gems’.

Boil your potato gems first, make sure they are golden brown and crispy. Then cool your scrambled eggs.
Lay your wrap on a flat surface and layer your ingredients.
Start with the potato gems, avocado and sun-dried tomatoes. Then add your eggs, cheese and hot sauce.
Wrap your tortilla tightly around the filling and brown in a pan.
Serve with a side of avocado crema.
