Halsey's house – an adapted structure full of serrated, modern living spaces – is on the market in the Hollywood Hills for $ 2,595 million.

That's $ 365,000 more than the singer paid for it through a trust two years ago, records show.

Tucked away in a secluded plot in Beachwood Canyon, the two-story home is a tempting fusion of concrete, glass, and sloping lines that cut through the open concept living spaces.

Black-painted beams above a downstairs living room with a fireplace, and the space expands into a dining room with a custom wet bar. A kitchen with an L-shaped island completes the lower level.

Upstairs, a master suite under sloping ceilings tacks onto a bathroom with a concrete sink and rain shower. It is one of three bedrooms and three bathrooms on 2500 square meters.

Tiered patios with lounges overlook an infinity pool and spa with a fountain at the back. Opulent landscaping and hanging lights touched the entertainer's space.

Joshua Myler from the Agency keeps the list.

A singer-songwriter nominated by Grammy, Halsey has released two studio albums, and the third one, titled "Manic," will debut in January. To date, the 25-year-old has sold 22 million records in the United States.
