After having been on the market for almost a year, the adapted Georgia Home from Jordan Hill has finally found a buyer. The former Laker sold his amenities-filled mansion for $ 1.75 million, or $ 350,000 shy of his asking price in January, records show.

The 10,500 square foot path sits on half a hectare in the Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta, where Akon listed his five-hectare estate two years ago for around $ 7 million.

Dramatic in style, the residence features expansive living spaces with bold shades of black and gray. There is also an orange cinema, a blue billiard room, an emerald green lounge and a purple gym.

Beyond a huge porte-cochère, a marble foyer with double stairs starts things off. The sleek space overlooks a large staircase with walls of windows and ceilings with two floors. Other common areas include a stainless steel kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a formal dining room with custom tiled floors.

Seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms complete the floor plan. In the master suite, an enclosed sleeping area extends to a carpeted lounge and a crimson-tinted bathroom.

The property also has a pool house and a fully covered basketball court. At the back, an outdoor kitchen overlooks a modified swimming pool with a spa and slide in cave style.

Eric Walton of Pristine Palaces Realty kept the list. Bernard Brown Jr. from BHGRE Metro Brokers represented the buyer.

After a successful university career at the University of Arizona, Hill was drafted by the New York Knicks with the eighth overall choice in the 2009 NBA version. The 32-year-old spent eight years in the competition, including three full seasons with the Lakers .
