They defended Pink while explaining that kids around Rockelle’s age may not be mature enough to realize they were being sexualized.
‘It’s hard for kids to separate the attention they get online from predatory behavior from adults,” Courtney wrote.
“It is our responsibility as a society to stand up and protect our children as much as possible from falling victim to this cycle of digital grooming. As adults we can see what they cannot do.’
Courtney didn’t mention Rockelle or Pink in the text of their caption, but they made it clear who they were referring to with the hashtags “#piperrockelle” and “#pink,” while also tagging the singer.

Dazzling: Courtney married actor Dough Hutchison in 2011, when they were just 16 and he 50. They later came to believe that he cared for them during their marriage
Stodden is best known as the “teenage bride” after they married Green Mile actor Doug Hutchison in 2011, who was 50 at the time, when they were just 16.
The reality star was often presented in hyper-sexualized outfits despite being underage, and they faced a torrent of online abuse, most notably from Chrissy Teigen urging them to take a “dirty nap,” slang for dying.
But over time, Stodden began to see himself as a victim of Hutchison and their parents’ lax care.
In an interview in May with The everyday beastthey claimed their divorce from Hutchison, which was finalized in March 2020, was delayed because they were still being “groomed.”
“It took me a long time to understand what ‘grooming’ even meant, because if you had asked me what grooming meant when I married Doug, I would have said, ‘Take your dog to the groomer?’ I didn’t know what it meant,’ they explained.
They went on to explain that it was difficult to live on their own after Hutchison moved to Michigan because they hadn’t even gotten things like a driver’s license while married.
“I was over the relationship and wanted to move on, but when he left, I was terrified of being alone.”
