Mason Mount teased himself after his visit to the dentist while sharing a clip of his reaction after having his wisdom teeth removed.

The Chelsea star had been struggling with the dental problem but eventually underwent her procedure to remove all four problem teeth and was filmed on the drive home after surgery, producing hilarious results.

The 22-year-old seemed distracted while still feeling the effects of anesthesia and had difficulty speaking, but decided to post the video on social media, with the caption: ‘Wisdom teeth have left the chat.’

The midfielder, who appeared to be filmed by his parents, was in high spirits when they asked him questions about his operation, starting with paying tribute to the doctors who manipulated his anesthesia.

‘They’re GOATS, they’re GOATS,’ Mount begins as he struggles to get the phrase out after admitting, ‘I can’t feel my face.’

When asked what he thinks he is like, he replies, ‘I feel like … I feel as good as ever. I still look as good as ever. ‘

Mount then says, ‘If I got hit in the face right now, I wouldn’t even feel it’, before stating that it’s ‘half human half great white … for the size of these gnashers’ after he was handed the molars of the judgment drawn.

The England star then jokes that he should ‘get them out of charity’, adding that ‘people would pay a lot of money for them’.

As fans can see in the video, Mount will need some time to recover from surgery, so it is unlikely that he will be ready for the Three Lions action ahead of their World Cup qualification against Albania on Friday.

In a statement Monday, the FA said they were monitoring Mount’s situation, raising hopes that he may be available for the game, where victory would almost guarantee his passage to Qatar 2022.

The news will come as a headache to Southgate, which almost certainly would have started with Mount against the Albanians.

Mount made a substitute appearance in Chelsea’s clash with Burnley on Saturday, but required surgery after pain from an infection became too severe.
