Chelsea and Leicester have reportedly reached a verbal agreement on the transfer of Wesley Fofana.
The two clubs have been in talks for several weeks and have now agreed a deal for the 21-year-old that will make him the most expensive defender in world football, the report said. RMC Sports.
The fee will overshadow the £80 million Manchester United paid to sign Harry Maguire from Leicester in 2019.

Chelsea made their fourth bid for Fofana and eventually managed to persuade the Foxes to sell him.
Leicester turned down the Blues’ previous offer of £60million with an additional £10million in add-ons.
Thomas Tuchel made it clear that Fofana was his main target for Chelsea’s defence
Fofana has been dropped by Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers and had to train with the club’s Under 21s after missing training to try and force a move to Stamford Bridge.
He missed the defeat to Southampton last weekend and will not be part of the matchday squad for their visit to Chelsea on Saturday.
Rodgers was critical of the 21-year-old’s behaviour, saying it was in stark contrast to the way Maguire behaved during his upcoming move to Manchester United in 2019.

Chelsea are also looking to further strengthen their midfield with the signing of Russian star Arsen Zakharyan from Dynamo Moscow.
The Blues will trigger the 19-year-old’s £12.6million escape clause and bring one of Russia’s most talented young players to West London.
Zakharyan scored nine goals last season and provided nine assists in 34 appearances for Dynamo, and has already been linked with a number of high profile clubs.
Chelsea remain keen to sign Barcelona’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Everton’s Anthony Gordon.
