He was later seen beaming as she shook hands with independent health and social care consultant Jacqui Dyer MBE.

Founded in 1976 by the Prince of Wales, the organization supports 11 to 30-year-olds who are unemployed, or students in school at risk of exclusion.

NatWest has been donating to the Prince’s Trust since 1976 and has formally partnered with them for over twenty years.

The charity has helped 870,000 young people since its launch and supports more than 100 every day. Three in four of these young people go into employment, education or training.

The Royal Family is still actively involved in the charity and its work – and on Tuesday visited Cheryl’s Trust Centre, part of the charity The Prince’s Trust that opened in the city in 2017 and helps vulnerable young people.

Last year he also happily took part in visits to meet volunteers.

In February, Prince Charles was greeted by benefactors lining the streets before walking into a TK Maxx store on Tooting High Street to meet Prince’s Trust alumni.

And on Valentine’s Day 2020, the royal hosted the Prince’s Trust Invest in Futures Gala, the largest charity fundraising event, in London.

Prince Charles rubbed shoulders with West End star Alexandra Burke, elegant in a black and white polka-dot dress, as did Nile Rogers of Chic, who got the dance floor going with his energetic set.
