Jason Alexander, first husband of Britney Spears, is waiting more time behind bars after being taken to Napa County for two outstanding thefts, DailyMail.com can reveal.
The 40-year-old has spent the past two months in jail in Ventura, California, after she broke into the singer’s Thousand Oaks home with a collar on the day of her wedding to Sam Ashgari, 28.
Alexander livestreamed the incident, which showed her screaming across the grounds of her $7 million mansion, “I’m Jason Alexander. The first husband. I’m here to ruin the wedding.”
He was then seen struggling through security before police arrived and arrested him on Napa’s pending warrant in Northern California.
Last week, he pleaded guilty to one count of trespassing and another of battery while crushing Britney’s wedding and was sentenced to prison after serving 64 days in jail.
Now DailyMail.com can reveal that he was transported directly from the Ventura County Jail to Napa, where he has been booked for stealing his landlady’s $2,000 diamond tennis bracelet and pledging it for $180 at Best Collateral in Vallejo, California in August 2015.

An arrest affidavit obtained by DailyMail.com says he admitted to the theft when confronted and his name is on the pawn shop records.
According to the affidavit, he said he couldn’t get the bracelet back and offered to replace it with another, but the 55-year-old victim turned it down and reported it to police in February 2016.
By this time, Alexander had left the area, but the police issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of grand theft and buying or receiving stolen goods, and they were able to return the bracelet to the victim.
Speaking to DailyMail.com about the case, his former landlady — who declined to be named — called him a “disgusting person” who kicked her daughter’s dog and took drugs at her American Canyon home.
She said, “I kicked him out of the house when I caught him stealing stuff. He lived in my house for six months and I trusted him. He was a customer [at her medical cannabis business].
“I’ve never had a roommate in my life and I let him and his dad stay there because he was going to be homeless — he had to stay in San Francisco as part of his probation.
“He couldn’t go back to Louisiana. His father had come from Louisiana to pick him up, but that kept him from going back.
‘That was the only reason I rented it out. It also broke my business partnership, as my partner was totally against it. She was right, I think.
“I felt sorry for him at the time, especially because his father made me believe he was a different person.”

Alexander withdrew in August 2015 after completing a 111-day sentence at the San Francisco County Jail for domestic violence.
The victim was an ex-girlfriend with whom he has a child. According to court documents, he was also given three years’ probation and ordered to complete drug and alcohol programs.
His ex-girlfriend was also given a restraining order against him and he was told to attend a domestic violence counseling program and do 25 days of community service.
His landlady told DailyMail.com that she took him in because she felt sorry for him and even got him a job in a coffee shop — only to be left furious when he stole from her.
She also claims that he kicked her daughter’s dog and routinely used drugs, despite taking anti-narcotics.
The 55-year-old said: ‘I have vet bills for my daughter’s dog – they were in Thailand and I was looking after animals.
“He had to go to the vet’s emergency room and they said nothing could have caused such an injury but being kicked.
‘Then I found out later’ [Alexander] mistreated his girlfriend’s dog. He’s disgusting. He really is a disgusting person.’
She added: “I had to get my ex-boyfriend over because I didn’t feel safe getting him out of my house.
“I didn’t realize who I had let into my house. I think they consider it a nonviolent crime because it is a jewelry theft. Thank goodness for Britney – now maybe something could be done.’

The landlady also revealed she had called the police about Alexander three weeks before he crashed into Britney’s wedding after seeing a series of bizarre posts on his Instagram page.
She said, “He posted all this crazy shit on Instagram in Southern California and I was like, he’s stalking someone down there and as far as I know he’s still on probation.
“I don’t know why they would let him be on probation while he faces other charges. I spoke to the victim’s witness in the district attorney’s office. They said they couldn’t do anything unless he was arrested.’
The landlady added: “He has been arrested many, many times in recent years. I felt sorry for him at first, but I was an idiot.
“He’s a piece of shit. They’ve released him so many times – he’s also been charged with drink-driving and drugs, but they keep letting him out.”
Alexander, who was infamous with Britney for 55 hours in 2004, is now facing jail time in Napa for the theft.
The 40-year-old has been arrested four times in the past 13 months, including for stalking an unidentified woman in December 2021.
Last August he was given a collar for violating security protocols at an airport and in January 2021 he was caught for a DUI.
