When it comes to her relationship with Mila, Ferrier said exclusively Us weekly in June 2019 that she wouldn’t ‘choose to spend personal time’ with the former Bravo personality after her homophobic comments.
“I’m struggling because one of my best friends in Australia is gay and Muslim,” Ferrier explained U.S at that moment. “I have seen the last 13 years that it is a very difficult path to descend. It is not really a choice. It is what it is. I don’t approve or believe her at all. At the same time, she was raised very differently from you and me, it’s a fine line. ‘
Mila received criticism that same month for saying same-sex couples were not ‘normal’ on one Below deck Med delivery. She was also beaten for serving store-bought taco shells with prepackaged cheese on the lavish yacht.
“I’m looking forward to Mila’s food, it can’t get much worse,” said Ferrier U.S. “There is only one way to go.”
Mila was fired by captain Sandy Yawn in a July 2019 episode. “As a human being, I have all the compassion in the world,” said Yawn, 55. “But as a captain, I have to let you go.”
