Apple Fitness +, the training class service for the Apple Watch and TV +, will arrive in Spain at the end of September
In addition to the set of hardware devices such as the new iPhone 13 Pro, the renewal of the iPad or the Apple Watch Series 7, Apple has also left something new for the software. This is the case of its Apple Fitness + service, presented a year ago and which will be available in 15 new countries, including Spain.
Apple Fitness + and its virtual training class service for the Apple Watch includes Guided Meditations and Pillars, two training modes that will arrive in Spain next September 27.
New workouts and group sessions
Among the Fitness + programs that will be available is a new program called Ski Season Trainings, created by skier Ted Ligety and coach Anja Garcia. In addition to Spain, Fitness + will be available in Austria, Brazil, Colombia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
Apple offers a variety of Fitness + programs, including 5, 10, or 20 minute guided meditations; classes of Pilates, train for the ski season, artists in detail with trainings accompanied by music and new episodes starting in autumn ‘Time to walk’, a sound experience for the Apple Watch that wants to accompany us when we walk. Fitness + will also offer options for family sports with SharePlay.
Fitness + requires an Apple Watch Series 3 or higher with watchOS 7.2. The service at the moment It will be in English, although with subtitles for each country. The official price in euros has not yet been announced, although its cost in the US is $ 9.99 per month or $ 79.99 per year.
