The sale of Sunset star Heather Rae Young has filed a lawsuit against Platinum West and Platinum Plus Gentlemen’s clubs for using her photo to promote NFL viewing parties.

After strip clubs in South Carolina and Pennsylvania put her image on advertising posters, the reality star accused the establishments of “defaming her by pretending she works as a stripper” and “false advertising.”

In court documents obtained by: TMZthe 34-year-old real estate agent, who is expecting her first child with husband Tarek El Moussa, stated that she never consented to her photo being used in their advertisements.

On the flyer, which read “Cheerleaders for Every Fan,” the mom-to-be looked unrecognizable in a ’69 football jersey, black miniskirt, knee-high stockings and hair in tight curls.

The photo appeared to have been taken while modeling a “sexy soccer girl costume” available on Amazon while she was in her twenties.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Young’s representatives for comment.

At the age of 23, Young, who works as a luxury real estate agent with the Oppenheim Group, became famous for posing nude in front of a Playboy centerfold in February 2010.

Last November, the Anaheim-born beauty said modeling for the late Hugh Hefner’s magazine “catapulted” her career.

“It changed my life, it was the most defining moment in my life,” she said The sun. ‘I don’t regret what I’ve ever done. I am proud of my life. Everything I’ve done has brought me where I am now.’

However, since becoming a stepmother to her husband’s daughter Taylor, 11, and son Brayden, 6, she’s been wondering how she’ll explain her more daring photo shoots.

“I’m still trying to figure out how I’m going to tell the kids I did Playboy,” she admitted.

Young also recently revealed to People that learning she was pregnant came as “a huge shock.”

“I think when you least expect it and there’s no stress in your life, the world just brought us what was meant to be,” she told the outlet.

El Moussa shares his other two children with ex-wife Christina Haack.
