The Real Housewives Of New York veteran took to Instagram to document her free time, adding in her caption that she wants to be “forever young.” And she also commented, “This is 51!” The siren turned 51 last month.

Last month, Frankel said she doesn’t really diet or exercise to maintain her incredible figure.
“I get asked this all the time. I do not sport. I do what I can, when I can,” the mother-of-one began.
‘I’ll snowboard if I can, I’ll surf if I can. I do walk on the beach… but I choose to sleep first. Sleep is priority number one and being happy is priority number one.’
The Skinnygirl founder continued, “I probably weighed 20 pounds. heavier in my 30s and I was always dieting,” Frankel admitted, adding that she no longer believes in the idea of exercising to get rid of the calories consumed.

“The crazier you get, the worse it gets for you. And as you get older, you realize that the zero f**ks lifestyle works better.”

The chef also pointed out that anyone who feels “chained and locked in by a diet” will be unhappy.
In June, she explained on Instagram how she came to appreciate her body over the years.
‘Here is the unfortunate truth. I rarely exercise. I hate water. I prioritize sleep, but fail. I eat what I want, but never eat. I’m running around like crazy with endless energy,” she typed.

“When I was 20 and 30 I was dieting and exercising endlessly and was much heavier and less happy with my overall appearance,” said the TV personality.
The star then began to open up about her body and the positive path she had chosen.
‘I have good skin, but I’m saggy in places and I’m thin, but by no one’s standards I don’t have a significant muscular shape. I choose balance and happiness & do the best I can. When I’m 90, I don’t want to have exercised anymore, that’s for sure,” she added at the very end.
